1. Introduction

Welcome to Heir Advocate, operating at heiradvocate.top. Our mission is to provide inheritance guidance and family legal support services. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Services

Heir Advocate provides professional guidance on inheritance matters and family legal support. Details of each service engagement are outlined in the service agreement.

3. Informational Products

We offer digital resources, including guides, templates, and webinars related to inheritance and family law. Delivery occurs via electronic download upon completion of the payment process.

4. Physical Goods

When applicable, we may supply printed materials such as legal forms and manuals. Shipping terms and handling procedures are specified at the point of order.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees for services, digital resources, and physical goods must be settled in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment options are outlined on our website.

6. Reimbursement Policy

a. General Principles: Heir Advocate strives to ensure client satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with a service or product, you may request a reimbursement in accordance with the terms below.

b. Services: For legal consultations and guidance sessions, a reimbursement request must be submitted within 7 days of the session date. Approved reimbursements will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

c. Informational Products: Digital guides and webinars are eligible for reimbursement within 7 days of download or access, provided no more than 20% of content has been reviewed. Reimbursements will be processed within 14 days of approval.

d. Physical Goods: Requests for reimbursement of printed manuals and forms must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must remain in original condition and be shipped back to our facility. Reimbursements will be processed within 21 days after we receive and inspect the merchandise.

7. No-Reimbursement Services

Certain premium or bespoke legal packages, including expedited probate support and court representation bookings, do not qualify for reimbursement due to the immediate allocation of professional resources and scheduling commitments. We clearly indicate such non-reimbursable offerings before purchase and justify this policy by the advance engagement of specialized personnel on your behalf.

8. Service Transfers

Clients may request to transfer service credits to another eligible Heir Advocate service. Requests must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled session or delivery date. Transfers are subject to availability and may involve adjustments in fee differences.

9. Limitation of Liability

Heir Advocate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential matters arising from the use or inability to use our services, informational products, or goods, except where prohibited by applicable law.
